Location

Situated at the southern entrance of Pomorie, the complex boasts best of prime locations on a quiet sandy beach facing south with a gorgeous view to  the Bay of Burgas.
It is within just 6 min drive to Burgas International Airport, only 15 min south to downtown Burgas and 15 min north to picturesque historic town of Nessebar and the largest Black sea resort Sunny Beach.
The drive to Sofia is 4 hours, Plovdiv -3 hours, Varna -1 hour.
All major European airlines, low cost and charter carriers operate thousands of flights every year to Burgas.
The main road from Burgas to Varna and to the North Black sea passes close by the complex.
The resort is walking distance from the beautiful Pomorie downtown.
A golf course is being built outside Pomorie and another one in the Sunny beach area.
There are just two neighboring developments East and West from the holiday resort, as well.

Pomorie

The beautiful town of Pomorie (about 14 500 population) is located on a rock peninsula 3.5km into the sea. The ancient town has been found IV-V century B.C. as a Greek colony named Anchialo (meaning “near shallow sea”). It later on flourished under the Roman Empire and even had the right to cut its own coins. In the medieval times Anchialo frequently changed dependence and has been either under Bulgarian Kingdom or Byzantium Empire. In the Ottoman times it is a supplier of salt, spirits, wine. The town has been burned twice - in 1366 by the Earl of Amedy Savoy who plundered the town and in 1906 in the anti-Greek calamities.
Named Pomorie in 1934, today the town is a preferred resort destination with hot and breezy summer, mild autumn with average temperature of 20,5 deg C and average winter temperature of 14 deg C and just 5-7 days of snow. This climate makes Pomorie a preferred residential place and an year-round sea and balneo-resort. The sea water is crystal clear; the beaches are over 7km long. The municipality has embarked on new and challenging project to build an artificial beach on the southern part of the town.
Numerous developments have been built in the last years to cater for the tourists – from family hotels to luxury 4 and 5-star hotels. Plenty of restaurants and discos line up both sides of the peninsula.
Under development is a golf course in Kableshkovo area (5km from Pomorie) and a new stadium.


The Mud Treatment

Since Thracian times the area has been famous for its “holy” mud and its curative affects. The firth mud from the lake is one of the world’s most known and unique for its treatment effects. The resort & SPA complex is situated on 9 000 sq.m. of beachfront plot and consists of 180 luxury studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, all with lovely sea views. All properties have terraces facing south, southeast or southwest to the beach and sea. All the apartments are fully central air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter with individual metering and controls.
The development is gated and consists of 6 sections, each with separate entrances and lifts. The sections are multilevel and follow the slight inclination of the plot.

Mud Treatment Center

Situated on over 800 sq.m. in section Е, the Mud Treatment centre is an unique feature of this luxury development. The mud of the famous Lake of Pomorie is known for its healing properties. Mud treatments cure chronic inflammation, alleviate pain, and are also bio-stimulating (enhance metabolism and cell regeneration). The treatments also remove excessive fluids and toxins from the body. In addition, a mud treatment session will give you a pleasant feeling of relaxation.
Mud treatments are one of the oldest forms of treatment. The ancient Egyptians practiced mud treatment thousands of years ago. Egyptians used mud to treat various diseases. They covered sick body parts with mud and warmed them in the sun. Scientific research of this unique natural resource has been conducted since that time.
The mud centre will use the mud from the lake, which contains Na, Cl, C, Fl, I, sulphate and other ions. Therapeutic mud affects the body as a thermal, mechanical, and chemical irritant. Fitness Centre

Located next to the SPA facilities it is a over 80 sq.m. in size and will feature modern equipment for exercising, stretching, weight lifting and speed walking under the guidance of a fitness instructor.

Beauty Salon

It will provide special cosmetic skin treatments and hair-styling.

Doctor’s office

The doctor will provide qualified SPA and mud treatment programs and procedures depending on the requirements and needs of each patient.

Child Care Centre

Under the supervision of qualified personnel your children can be left to play with other kids and be taken care of while you enjoy the procedures and treatment in the SPA centre or entertain your guests.

The Mini Market will be at disposal to provide basic necessities, food and drinks.
