Various financing and credit opportunities are available from DZI Bank and UBB to local or foreign citizens with special rates for our clients.

An additional 2% discount is available where contract signature takes place by September 2007, regardless of the payment scheme.

The property will be transferred to the buyer upon completion of all due payments.
